Gym shark started their sale just a few days ago, I added my items to my cart and checked out, everything said it was in stock at the time of checkout.
After a while I kept getting emails about shipping delays because they were backed up from the sale. Understandable. However today I get an email saying sorry our apologies..your item is out of stock (even though it wasn't when you placed your order and we still charged you...and now you have to wait 3-5 business days to get your money back for the item we didn't have but said we did and charged you for) here's a 20% coupon to use (not during a sale) I've included a screen shot of their email. I just think it's pretty crappy customer service for all of this being their fault. 🤷
