HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My package was marked as delivered but never arrived (my roommates were home and never received anything) and unfortunately I was on vacation and didn’t notice until I returned. Since I reported it 7 days after delivery Gymshark claims there is nothing else they can do and that I should just simply reorder the 100€ worth of products I didn’t receive.
Have been reading multiple bad reviews on this topic. This brand is growning but has 0 customer service background. No will to help out and the only form of communication is through a chatbot.
