Deserve 0.0000000. Whitehaven staff are immensely rude and intolerant to customers. I did buy some necklace there and the zircon fell out within a month.
One grey old woman actually left the shop with two other members of staff to point and gossip at me after I returned an unwanted gift. This went on for many months. Made me feel inferior. The quality of products and staff is appalling. They should close.
