I have sent a complaint to customer services team on behalf of my mother and received zero response. My mum put her watch in yo the Chichester branch last October and is still trying to resolve the issue of the watch going missing and subsequently a replacement. My mum has called the store almost weekly and visited the store many many times over the last year to try to resolve the issue. Shockingly, poor service, no accountability and still unresolved..waiting for a watch to come back on to stock!
