Paid £399 for a 18k white gold wedding ring on 03/11/2022 and £3.99 monthly for premier care plus. Went in today to get it re-rhodium plated only to realise they put the e-receipt date wrongly (11/03/2021 instead of 03/11/2022) so they said its no longer within 12 months cover and tried to charge me £39 to get it re-plated.
Definitely don’t recommend getting anything from them and definitely not worth getting the premier care plus plan!
