I really love our Samuels Jewellery Shop in St Austell… Always a pleasure to go into the spotlessly kept shop… Manager Michelle & her assistant Emma always greet customers with a lovely smile,service perfect & nothing is too much trouble to help me with decisions as I can be never sure on choice but always leave the shop feeling very happy…I also take any jewellery for repair & have never had reason to complain about the workmanship….. I know in life there are so many miserable people who are only happy complaining… Thank you for having two perfect staff in your St Austell branch, my husband & I wouldn’t go to any other store…
