I bought a present for nearly a £100 in London E20 1EP on 01/03/23 and the vendor give me a £25 voucher. I was extremely happy and grateful, I ask him, how I use the voucher and he said I have to spend a minimum £75 to use it.
I look further to treat my self, after a while I found something for me, I ask the same vendor to assist me when I went to pay, only then he read the small letter on the back of the voucher and the item have to be full price to use the voucher and most of the item at the moment are on 25%discount. I ask to speak to the manager to explain as to how the vendor told how to use the £25 discount and the manager send someone else to speak to me in stead. She only apologise about the small print and nothing she could do about it. I feel extremely miss guided and bad about it, I’m elderly and disabled. To me it was extremely bad customer services and I was totally ignored as to how I was advise by the vendor in regards of the £25 voucher went he give it to me.
