I was very impressed by the genuinely friendly and professional service from Richard, the Cambridge branch manager, when I bought a Citizen watch this week. I do appreciate that prices in the shops may vary, but he honoured the H S internet price immediately and really could not have do me a better job of instilling trust himself and in the company. It was an impressive performance and, as a previous customer, reassuring that your people are beyond expectations. Today, I popped in to request for an adjustment of the bracelet as I’d mistakenly asked for it to be too tight- my fault!- and Sam, your new assistant manager, could not have been more helpful and did it on the spot. I’d like to add that in many browsing visits your team were politely helpful without any pushiness.
