My partner and I went into York H samuel on Saturday looking for an engagement ring, we were approached by a really friendly lady called Karen she was so helpful and really knowledgeable about diamonds, she put us at ease ( unlike another well known jewellers). We ended up choosing a beautiful ring , it was out of our budget but it was worth every penny, you are lucky to have a member of staff like Karen. We will definitely be back to shop in York shop.
