On a busy Saturday before Christmas, Lindsay in the Enniskillen store answered a phone call from me. She could not have been more helpful and friendly, and reserved a product for me. Similarly, the next day when I went in to pay and collect, her customer service was excellent, as well as being a lovely person in a very busy retail week. Whilst I was in the store Lindsay and her colleagues were attentive and helpful to customers, and are a great example to all in the industry. Thank you Lindsay.
