I went to your Taunton shop last week.i had my ears redone as the holes had closed over .The man that done it was so helpfully He had first class customer service ..nothink was to much trouble. Shame your Cribb store was not the same which I went on the Saturday...young girls just talking between then self .How can you go to 2 of your shop and not be treated to a first class service .....if I had to give stars for cribb it would be 1 star
