My wife has just taken a set of earrings back to the Leeds branch by an assistant called rees.
The problem was that one of them kept on falling out, all she requested was they were replaced or sent away for mending.
The assistant said there wasn't anything he could do and was very unhelpful, my wife said she had come along way in order to sought this out, again he said he couldn't do anything.
I have always used Samuels in the past but will not be doing anymore. so disappointed.
