Truro branch.Worst service ever !
I wanted to replace an engagement ring
I had lost on holiday.I told her I would
pay up to £4,000 for the right one.
She told me not to waist her time.
The holiday was a 5* in Mexico.
The ring was 40 years old.
Having worked in high end retail for
20 plus years,do not judge a book
by its cover.
I will never use or recommend this company again.
