Jordan and Paul delivered and installed our “retreat hot tub “ today . Very pleased with how they worked . Answered all our many questions in a friendly and professional manner . Advised and fitted a device for opening and securing the cover . I would highly recommend asking about this when placing an order . We had quite a wait for delivery which is no fault to the company , but definitely worth the wait . Jordan and Paul are part of a great team a credit to a good sales and admin team also .
