“Josh & Coner , installed our hot tub on the 16th Oct they were both very professional at their job. Great team together great attitude the demo was well executed credit to the company well in lads .”

“Cannot fail this company from start to finish.Was kept up to date with all delivery times brilliant company. I had problems with my builder phoned Gregg to advise there would be a delay in them delivering my hot tub. No problem at all was the reply. Hot tub was delivered today and installed by Paul S and Damien a credit to the company. So polite and explained everything for us. If your thinking of buying a hot tub I cannot fault these guys.”

“Great service from start to finish. Love my hot tub it’s all I could ever have wanted in a tub and so easy - just fill it up plug it in and wait for it to heat up and your in 😁 Thank you to all at H20 hot tubs your the best ❤️”

“They delivered it early instead of later and it was done in a couple of hours good teamwork thanks the lads for the good work and also thanking Pauline for supporting me in my disability”

“Excellent service from the beginning. We had to wait a couple of months for our hot tub but Pauline was brilliant, keeping us updated during that time and answering all of our questions. The delivery was very smooth and everything was explained to us once hot tub was installed. Thank you!”

“Delighted with my Hottub from H20 just perfect But the best bit was how helpful staff are from 1st enquire though to delivery and all set up ready to go and after delivery answering questions and explaining helpful advice on the running of tub great after sales service how nice to call and have someone happy n helpful looking forward to years of relaxing in my super tub Gilly”

“Very pleased with the service received and the Hot Tub itself! I read many reviews prior to purchasing and can say my experience, despite the pandemic, has been very positive. Gregg, Pauline and the installation guys Jordan and Rob were excellent. Communications about delivery picked up pace as the date came closer and I'm really glad I ordered with H2O. My Hot Tub is superb quality- thanks!”

“Jordan and Paul delivered and installed our “retreat hot tub “ today . Very pleased with how they worked . Answered all our many questions in a friendly and professional manner . Advised and fitted a device for opening and securing the cover . I would highly recommend asking about this when placing an order . We had quite a wait for delivery which is no fault to the company , but definitely worth the wait . Jordan and Paul are part of a great team a credit to a good sales and admin team also . I would not hesitate to recommend this company . Tiia &Jeff.”

“Got a brilliant hot tub in time for the snow, too. Great price compared to what we found online plus the delivery was really fast. Service was great, cant complain there with friendly staff on the phone and the delivery guys.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish, really friendly on the phone and not pushy, which was great for us. Invited us to the showroom but it's a bit far (nottingham) so we bought over the phone... could not be happier. Lovely hot tub and great quality with a very good delivery service”
