Very pleased with the service received and the Hot Tub itself! I read many reviews prior to purchasing and can say my experience, despite the pandemic, has been very positive. Gregg, Pauline and the installation guys Jordan and Rob were excellent. Communications about delivery picked up pace as the date came closer and I'm really glad I ordered with H2O. My Hot Tub is superb quality- thanks!
