Although I received a timely, very well and nicely packaged parcel they were however incorrect products (bottles of oil instead of capsules). My email notifying them of the error was responded to very promptly with an apology and immediate solution to rectify at no cost to myself.
Despite occasional errors that can occur with online ordering and a little inconvenience, it is more than offset by outstanding customer service and reassurance and satisfaction that that brings.
