Since using Hab Shifa Black Seed Oil Capsules I have found that my chronic sinus symptoms have eased considerably. None of the products I have previously used have worked so I was skeptical about the Black Seed Oil. I have been using the product for about 4 months now and for me, it has been a life-changer. No more sinus headaches or blurry eyes. My husband takes it too. He suffers from hayfever so it will be interesting to see if the Black Seed Oil helps him when allergy season returns.
