Bought a 'City' bin system through our Kitchen Installer. It had a fault within a year which was repaired, then significant further faults shortly after leading to the frame collapsing. Hafele refused to replace the bin system, saying that the faults had been caused by misuse! Misuse!! All we used the system for was to put rubbish in then empty it out. Our Kitchen installer has been great, replacing the system at their cost with another manufacturer's; but should not have had to. AVOID!!
