My complaint number is C221021108270-1.
I bought digital lock just in February 2021 and in just 1.5 years lock has stopped working. Your technician told the front panel needs to be changed and it is out of waranty. It will cost Rs18000.
Sir please check if you were a customer how would you have reacted. This is really very disappointing. Please see if you can help
