I had the worst experience of my life after purchasing Hafele product. I got the product installed in December 2022(Stove and Chimney
) and started using the product exactly from Dec 24th 2022.As seen in the picture all my vessels outer layer gets burnt with coal. How much ever you maintain the product it's of no use at all. Even after paying almost 40,000 for stove the product does not pay you off as per terms. It's my humble request do not buy any of Hafele products and waste your money
