Shortly after moving into our new home. a hinge on a Hafele cabinet door snapped (poor quality or installer error?) It is a very complex thing consisting of six parts. I contacted customer care for a replacement. To be sure of a correct replacement, I sent several photos of the part. Three different reps. said they would contact me back, only one did and she still hasn't given me an answer. I'm not asking for a free replacement, just a CORRECT REPLACEMENT!
