Hafele India has terrible after sales service. We bought a digital lock and we have chased them for one month to come and install it and no one is responding to us! They keep pushing it on the next person but no one is taking responsibility. Terrible service! We have contacted them on the website, through customer care calls, through the WhatsApp chat and still no resolution!
