**Review of Hafele Products: A Concern for Post-Sales Service**
After my experience with Hafele products, I strongly advise against purchasing them. While the brand focuses on sales, it severely lacks in installation support and customer satisfaction.
Post-sales service is highly problematic. The company does not send qualified engineers for installation, instead outsourcing the work to third-party technicians who appear untrained and lack expertise. Additionally, customers are unknowingly provided duplicate parts, which not only incur unnecessary expenses but also lead to faster wear and tear—potentially driving further sales for Hafele at the customer's cost.
More concerning is the unprofessional conduct during installations, including reports of harassment towards women by the technicians. Such unethical practices make it clear that Hafele prioritizes profits over customer care.
For these reasons, I strongly recommend avoiding Hafele products, as their post-sales service is unreliable, costly, and concerning from a customer safety perspective.
