I had contacted customer care for cleaning of the hub. I was duly called and service personnel assigned. After the service person did an extremely poor job of cleaning, I mailed my dissatisfaction to customer care wo claimed that the person who called me and arrived for the servicing job had not been sent by them !!! When I enquired how an unknown person could have acquired the information that I had requested a kitchen hub cleaning alongwith my contact number, their customer care reverted to denial. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience
