My experience is normally a good one. Apart from they are always a little slow in delivering orders, they always take over a week to come.
However this time I ordered, the box the delivery came in was huge, with no bubble wrap or protection inside. Therefore resulting in alit of my colour boxes crushed and broken and one of my tint bowls smashed. The delivery driver literally threw the box nr the front door. My hubby said to him, ‘I hope there’s nothing in there that can break’ and they both laughed.
