I messed up and ordered the wrong colour. I rang out of hours so couldn’t speak to anyone. They saw my missed call and Josh rang me back the next morning. My order was already packed and ready for despatch but he went and fished it out and sorted out having the correct colour substituted, and called me back to confirm.
