When my order went missing in post I contacted Hairdressing Supplies. I had a quick reply apologising (even though it was the fault of Royal Mail) and was assured they would send a new order out with another delivery company. I was kept upto date and my order arrived in a couple of days I was genuinely surprised at the professional yet friendly and caring service. A big thank you to Josh. 😊
