Hi, I live in France and it's easier for me to ring to place a small order.........I'm not in the hairdressing business, the colour is just for myself, personally. I'm always treated as though I'm a special big business customer rather than just 6 tubes ! During many years everyone has been very helpful.......thank you. But last week I spoke with Josh, he was outstanding, especially as one colour was out of stock and I needed guidance to a similar colour. He has great patience , and is absolutely charming.
