Three of my family members and I had the same bad experiences with the product (anti gray…” since the customer representative absolutely refused to find my family and I a remedy we decided to write honest review of our experience then we all posted the reviews and it didn’t take them hours to completely delete ALL our reviews. It is fake, it doesn’t work, it damages your hair, it is a big scam. That is the very reason why they don’t sell this very product on a third party website such as Amazon for they won’t be able to manipulate or delete customers’ reviews.
