“I have been getting keratin treatments in a salon for years. Then after having my first daughter I started doing them myself to save money. The problem was that my eyes burned and my lungs hurt, even with a mask on. So when it came time to do my 6 and 8 year old daughters’ hair I went back to the salon. 2 years and $1,000s later I felt like there had to be a better way. Not only was the cost becoming too high with yearly increases but my Girls’ hair is so thick and long and the stylist was nervous to get all the way down to my youngest’s scalp (because she was/is VERY VOCAL if you pull when combing) so at least three inches of her hair wasn’t even getting treated. Thus began my search… OMG I am a believer and WILL NEVER CHANGE!! My 10 year old said it’s, “The best keratin I’ve ever gotten!” She is so happy because this is the FIRST time she’s been able to do her own hair! And it FEELS AMAZING! For my 8 year old I was able to get ALL THE WAY to her SCALP; her hair is to the middle of her back… after previous treatments in salon it would hang just below her shoulders after being flat ironed. AND I literally put it on with my bare hands! Didn’t sting mine or my daughters’ eyes. I cannot say enough about this keratin; IT IS AMAZING!! Lastly, I did not blow dry and only towel dried before applying product. I also only passed over hair three times with flat iron and not 20+ times. It is important for me to maintain my daughters’ curl pattern. We still like to wear our natural hairstyles this just softens and defines the curl. My hair is curly and pretty fine. My 10-year-old daughters hair is extremely sick and coarse, but not as curly. And my eight year old has extremely thick, course, and curly hair. It worked wonders on all three of us, and one container was enough for all three of us. I believe this is because I did not do the blow drying process before applying the product; but I was still sure to saturate the hair. And I covered it with a shower cap for 90 minutes before blow drying and flat ironing. I have never put a relaxer on my daughters hair and I never well and the last relaxer I put on my hair was over 20 years ago. This is a complete hair saver! We live in an extremely dry environment and this has given our hair life I recommend and would give 100 stars if I could!!! The first picture is a screenshot of a video I took while doing her hair. The second picture is a screenshot of her hair after I flat ironed it. Oh, and this is my eight year old, as I said, her hair is the thickest and curliest.”

“The customer service is horrible. I’ve never complain about a company in my life. I got the product end and it was damaged so it took forever for them to get through and get me to get a credit once I got the credit I ordered another one paid for just the shipping And it was never sent to me and I was sent to another address somewhere in Philly. Not really happy with the company never was able to use the product and I am so upset. I tried to upload the picture just now I couldn’t upload it, but I did send the picture to the company.”

“I like their product - anti grey hair treatment - but they are misleading. It is straight up a dye. It stains your hands and pillowcases. So I am wondering what ingredient they are hiding. I was trying to get away from chemicals on my scalp. It works and I love the color, but it is patchy. Since it is hair dye, you need to apply it very evenly and all over if you have a lot of gray - a few pumps won't cut it. I just don't like being lied to.”

“This product is HORRIBLE!! It BURNT my hair in the front, and thinned my hair in the back!! I ended up trashing it and all the samples they sent with it (didn't want to use any of the products as soon as I saw what the anti-gray product did to my hair!). Between having gray hair and having NO HAIR I choose to keep gray hair and die it! Stay away from this product! BTW I tried uploading a Pic of my burnt hair but apparently there is an issue... I will return later and try again cause I really want people to see how it looks!”

“I made a purchased I bought the hair loss shampoo set and the first time I used while I was in the shower alot of hair was falling but alot I got so scared and that never happened to me before so I immediately send an email and pictures and the person who took care of me via email said it was going to let me know and then later send me an email saying that they were going to refund me and that I can keep the prpducts I told them I wanted to send them back but they said keep it and then I just received like 33 dollars back to my credit card so I contacted them and asked them what happened and they just told me is it okay if we give you store credit I said I would prefer back to my original payment method but is okay I was willing to work things out so they gave me 63 dollars store credit but then I ordered a hair brush and some peptides drops and after a few days they send me an email saying sorry we don't have it we will refund you and I asked if they can please refund me the full amount back to my credit card and they didn't want to I contacted better business beaure and they haven't responded mayraki have yhe worst customer service after letting them know and sending proof they don't care about your health and they want to force you to buy something knowing that it didn't work for you and their website it says that 30 day return policy and I contacted them immediately so I don't understand why they are doing all this and if you call the number always says that theres no customers available to take your call they don't answer my emails nothing”

“Ok I read all the reviews. Used 2 of their product. One for smoothing and one for anti grey hair treatment. I had few white hairs on the front of my head and mid part. 3 months in, after using this product, my hair is falling at greater degree, more white hairs :( that ever and it's every where now. Both products of this company had been extremely harmful for my hair. I don't want money back, I want my hair back :(:(”

“I had an issue with their keratin product. It made my hair smell like a pickle fart for weeks. Tested it out with my kid and same thing. I reached out to them about it and they like to go in circles, avoiding the issue. They blocked me on Instagram. Not a trustworthy company.”

“Havent tried the product yet but the first thing it came to my mind when opened the packaging was no " 8 sample product with every purchase and i recevied NONE. Its not a good impression at first but hopefully product is good”

“BEWARE. website states refund if your not satisfied. used once and made my hair feellike straw. refused return because product was used. how are you supposed to know if your satisfied if you dont try it???? also, returned another unopened product and still have not received $ back. opened a dispute with c. card.”

“I tried the product on my curly hair and the results were amazing! It completely enhanced my curls without weighing down my natural volume and 100% tamed my frizz. Simply applying it to my damp hair after shampooing and allowed it to air dry. The results were beautiful!! My curls were soft, fluffy and I was able to wear my hair up in a ponytail when needed without damaging (crushing) my curl pattern. The product smells amazing and is super lightweight. A little goes a long way; which is great since the tube is not very big in terms of volume. The best part was not having crunchy curls with heavy residue”

“I had no idea how much grey hair I had until this brought my hair back to life. Similar to other reviews, my whitest/greyest hairs came out looking like highlights. What I didn’t realize, was how much of my other hair was starting to gray, so I ended up with more color than I expected. It also seems to be strengthening my hair — the top of my hair strands are visibly thicker than the bottoms. Couple tips- definitely get 2 bottles, even if you only need one for the first month, it’s nice to have the second one for ongoing treatments. Also, I didn’t love the packaging, so I transferred it into an empty hair developer bottle with a long skinny tip, and added a bit of water. This made it much easier to apply, both for spot treatments, and all of the back of my head. Had less stains on my hands this way, as I didn’t need to use my hands as much. The water also helped it not make my hair quite so stiff (which wasn’t bad, kind of like having a bunch of mousse in your hair).”

“I tried also another good hair treatment used in Blueprotocol as a main one, but results were not so obvious as with Mayaraki! May be it's because I'm pregnant, so not everything suits, but I'm happy to reduce the amount of grey hair. Still my hair is a bit gray after first 5-6 cm, but I happy to know that it's fully natural + it really works even with me as it's unpredictable because of the hormones during pregnancy.”

“I am so amazed at the huge transformation my hair has gone through since I started this product. My hair is naturally medium brown with reddish tint in sunlight, and so hair dye could never match my unique color. After sticking with just dark brown hair dye , my hair eventually turned darker closer to blackish in hue. I started letting my gray out naturally and began using the purple shampoo to give that shine to my grey hair but this just made my hair darker and chemicals were damaging my hair . I had given up until I saw this product and gave it a try. It was pricey for just a try out, but so worth it. I have ordered my second order and am pleased to say my hair looks its natural brownish hue with reddish highlights in sun ! I almost cried when my younger son said mom your hair looks brown in the sun, i laughed and said son , that’s my natural color there 🤷🏻‍♀️❤️. My greys are mostly gone now. I wasn’t really hitting the back of my head or middle so I look like I have highlights 😁 but everyone compliments the look and I love that it’s natural, my hair is not falling any more , it’s growing out nicely and my greys are almost all gone. My youngest child said I look so much younger ❤️. Thank you for this wonderful product and I’m thankful I’m not allergic to pollen cause this is my go to for the rest of my life ❤️”

“Love it I got a great result using this product - waiting to see how long it lasts. I did have my daughter put it in for me as it is helpful to have a helper to apply and flat iron each section. Also , be prepared to not swim or use clips for a few days.”

“I'm still a bit on the fence about this product. I love how straight smooth and soft my hair is and I don't need to flat iron it after every wash anymore, so that part would get five stars. However, my hair came out yellow/blonde after the treatment. Fortunately I don't mind the new color but it was unexpected. They advertise that as long as your hair hasn't been recently colored, like within 2 weeks, the keratin treatment will not affect the color but clearly this was not the case. Also, when I used their Anti-grey Color Restore treatment before trying the keratin, it made my roots very dark brown, but now it is turning my roots burnt orange in places! It looks kind of like highlights so I think I'm still okay with it, but I'm not very taken with the unpredictability! As far as applying the keratin treatment, I would do a couple of things different next time. I would comb out the excess product immediately after applying, not after the 90 minute wait. And I would cover my hair with a bag during the wait, as my hair got half dried and all clumped together. It was extremely difficult running (even a wide tooth) comb through it and it took me 1½ hours to flat iron. I ironed every section 12 times and after each section I also had to wipe excess product off my flat iron. My hair has never been this straight, smooth and frizz-free before, so all in all it was worth it and I'm happy with it. If Mayraki comments on my review at all, I would like them to address the color change issues, both by the keratin and the Anti grey afterwards. Thank you.”
