I’m on the fence with the Keratin treatment. On the box it says to “rinse out”, then blow dry. But on website and Instagram, users said to use a fine tooth comb to remove excess product, do NOT rinse. I was confused and tried to reach them. All of their customer service numbers are bogus, or disconnected! Frustrating. I got a response like they had no idea what I was asking. The box instructions are opposite of what they are showing on social media. To me that’s pretty big confusion for the customer. I used the keratin, removed as much excess product as possible, then blew dry and ironed. My hair smells horrible, is much lighter, and feels so gritty. It does not feel or look shiny and straight. It’s straight, but very gritty and feels super dry. I don’t understand a company without good clear instructions, and no number to call to ask. Something is not right with my result. I’m hoping when I wash it tomorrow, it will feel better.

Most of the products worked as described. I liked the keratin treatment and the hair growth worked well for hubby. His hair is looking thicker and he said he’s noticed less falling out. I however did not like the anti-gray hair color restoring treatment. At left my hair sticky, stained countertops and towels, and I did not see any change in the new growth. Another issue is their return policy. I ordered some items and the shipping was taking too long so I canceled it, but didn’t receive a refund. I contacted customer service and they said it can take up to 10 business days. Over 10 business days passed and still no refund. I contacted customer service and they said they needed more time. Felt like they were delaying so I’d forget. A few more days past, still no refund. Only reason I got a refund was I filed an action with my credit card. Funny they immediately charged, but not issue refund.

I hope to change my 3-star review to 5 stars WHEN and if the product arrives. I waited 10 days after placing my order before reaching out to the company via their contact form. I at least received an automated reply. After that, I received another email informing me the product is on its way (from California), and that it should arrive six days later. I hope the wait is worth it.

The customer service is horrible. I’ve never complain about a company in my life. I got the product end and it was damaged so it took forever for them to get through and get me to get a credit once I got the credit I ordered another one paid for just the shipping And it was never sent to me and I was sent to another address somewhere in Philly. Not really happy with the company never was able to use the product and I am so upset. I tried to upload the picture just now I couldn’t upload it, but I did send the picture to the company.
