Hi The customer service of this company is terrible. It has been 14 days that I have placed my order. They provided me a tracking number that does not work. I did receive my product yet. I have been asking many times the ETA at my door and they are not able to confirm that. I am about to cancel my order.

I have ordered from this company before wothout amy issues. However, my package was not delivered due to an incorrect address. It was returned to Mayraki. I emailed the company and they were quick to respond to tell me that I'll have to wait for the product to be returned to them. It has been almost a month since I ordered. Still nothing from the company. After waiting now for another 2 weeks, I received an email stating that they would get back in contact with me, still nothing. Finally, I emailed and asked ask for a refund. I'm not sure when I'll hear from them, but this has been terribly disappointing.

I have been waiting to get a confirmation email or even an advised regarding the delivery of my order. I havent received any. Order #10162978 - Placed on Feb 21, 2025 It's been 2 weeks and I am not hearing anything from them. Is this even legit? Too dissappointed with this brand.

It has been a month I have ordered the product but nothing received. They dont care I have sent couple of emails about it but they dont refund and they dont really send the product as well. This is the worst customer experince I had.

This company sent the products out when I asked them to cancel my order - these were sent out a month later. NOT only did I return the items, but they are NO longer returning emails and are NOT refunding my credit card. They are thieves!

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and it's still awaiting fulfilment. I contacted customer service twice and they replied that they will check with the warehouse and come back to me but nothing in these 3 weeks. I will try to get my money back, something is wrong here

I have rarely if ever left reviews for company's, however, my experience with Mayraki has been incredibly poor. As a result, I feel compelled to share my experience. I actually have not used their products, though I tried. However, the company could not sort out mailing address and billing address. They sent my products to the billing address and would not resend to my mailing address. They actually told me to deal with UPS and they were not willing to do anything about it. I have requested a full refund as i will never see the product but have not heard back from them. They are very unprofessional and frankly incompetent with customer service.

Customer Service Issue and misinformation online. Purchased 2 Mayraki Ultra-repairing & Weightless Moisture Shampoos as well as one other item. The picture online showed two bottles, - a shampoo and conditioner, and the description said: Best natural shampoo and conditioner for dry hair, routine shampoo and conditioner. I only received shampoos -no conditioner. I was told it was only a shampoo even though the picture showed 2 items, and described it as a shampoo and conditioner. When I wanted to return it I had to pay for the return postage - no exceptions even though this was their error on how it was shown online. Left a voicemail and received an email back saying no exceptions - even though it was not my error. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that I could not. Returned all 3 items because of what happened. It just cost me $20.13 from Fed Ex Ground to send it back. Disappointing that this company can make an online error like this and not stand behind it. Tried to send a picture of what was shown, but was not able to attach it.

This product is HORRIBLE!! It BURNT my hair in the front, and thinned my hair in the back!! I ended up trashing it and all the samples they sent with it (didn't want to use any of the products as soon as I saw what the anti-gray product did to my hair!). Between having gray hair and having NO HAIR I choose to keep gray hair and die it! Stay away from this product! BTW I tried uploading a Pic of my burnt hair but apparently there is an issue... I will return later and try again cause I really want people to see how it looks!

I made a purchased I bought the hair loss shampoo set and the first time I used while I was in the shower alot of hair was falling but alot I got so scared and that never happened to me before so I immediately send an email and pictures and the person who took care of me via email said it was going to let me know and then later send me an email saying that they were going to refund me and that I can keep the prpducts I told them I wanted to send them back but they said keep it and then I just received like 33 dollars back to my credit card so I contacted them and asked them what happened and they just told me is it okay if we give you store credit I said I would prefer back to my original payment method but is okay I was willing to work things out so they gave me 63 dollars store credit but then I ordered a hair brush and some peptides drops and after a few days they send me an email saying sorry we don't have it we will refund you and I asked if they can please refund me the full amount back to my credit card and they didn't want to I contacted better business beaure and they haven't responded mayraki have yhe worst customer service after letting them know and sending proof they don't care about your health and they want to force you to buy something knowing that it didn't work for you and their website it says that 30 day return policy and I contacted them immediately so I don't understand why they are doing all this and if you call the number always says that theres no customers available to take your call they don't answer my emails nothing

Ok I read all the reviews. Used 2 of their product. One for smoothing and one for anti grey hair treatment. I had few white hairs on the front of my head and mid part. 3 months in, after using this product, my hair is falling at greater degree, more white hairs :( that ever and it's every where now. Both products of this company had been extremely harmful for my hair. I don't want money back, I want my hair back :(:(

I had an issue with their keratin product. It made my hair smell like a pickle fart for weeks. Tested it out with my kid and same thing. I reached out to them about it and they like to go in circles, avoiding the issue. They blocked me on Instagram. Not a trustworthy company.

Havent tried the product yet but the first thing it came to my mind when opened the packaging was no " 8 sample product with every purchase and i recevied NONE. Its not a good impression at first but hopefully product is good

BEWARE. website states refund if your not satisfied. used once and made my hair feellike straw. refused return because product was used. how are you supposed to know if your satisfied if you dont try it???? also, returned another unopened product and still have not received $ back. opened a dispute with c. card.

I tried the Gray Hair Reversal for a few days until I realized that it does not hold up during a Cardio workout and it stains pillow cases. It was literally dripping down my face. When I messaged and asked to send the product back the reply was: We do process refunds for circumstances that are out of our hands such as: allergic reactions prompted by pollen allergic skins or received damaged packages and other considerations our Subject Matter Expert sees fit. It is definitely not a"30 Days Easy Return Policy" . I responded stating that I didn't need the money that wasn't not my point in reaching out, I just wanted to return it and tell the company what had happened when I used the product. I received a generic response stating that my refund was still denied. I would not recommend buying this product or even dealing with this company since they truly do not care about there customers or even stand by there return policy.

Their anti-gray lotion which is advertised as ‘reversing gray hair’ is just dying the hair and after a while of use I started to lose a lot of hair. Like a lot. They claim it doesn’t contain colorants but what I can see is it gets darker on the air and if a drop falls on the surface and stays there for a day, it doesn’t go away with any cleaning products. As well, they asked me to send the closed product back on my cost, then they refused to accept it and now they don’t want to refund it but give me store credit. Pure scam.

I purchased the Hair Mayraki Anti Grey Restoring Treatment and tried it. The product definitely has a coloring ingredient in it. Everything that the product touches (Towels, Shirts, T-Shirts etc) get stained. I used it on my beard that it definitely make it much darker but it is as if I dyed it. I don't know if it restores the natural color in time because I could not use it for a long time due to the stains (that even do not disappear after washing) on all my shirts, towels etc.
