Customer Service Issue and misinformation online.
Purchased 2 Mayraki Ultra-repairing & Weightless Moisture Shampoos as well as one other item. The picture online showed two bottles, - a shampoo and conditioner, and the description said: Best natural shampoo and conditioner for dry hair, routine shampoo and conditioner.
I only received shampoos -no conditioner. I was told it was only a shampoo even though the picture showed 2 items, and described it as a shampoo and conditioner. When I wanted to return it I had to pay for the return postage - no exceptions even though this was their error on how it was shown online. Left a voicemail and received an email back saying no exceptions - even though it was not my error. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that I could not.
Returned all 3 items because of what happened. It just cost me $20.13 from Fed Ex Ground to send it back. Disappointing that this company can make an online error like this and not stand behind it.
