Scam company. Placed an order with them four months ago. Not only they haven't posted my products, they don't respond to my emails or calls and refuse to refund my money. Avoid buying from them, I don't think it's a legitimate company

I really wanted to love this company for what it promised to be. Unfortunately it offers no information as to where its products are manufactured, nor does it seem transparent regarding the ingredients they use. Mayraki Restore for gray hair is supposed to be nutrient-rich with no dyes. Yet, it stains your strands with a very unnatural looking reddish pigment. The shampoo and conditioner are very sub prime.

i ordered this item( made a mistake and irdered twice) March 31st expecting for it to arrive before i went for vacation, after a month, the item arrived and it has to be sent back because i was not there to receive it. I emailed customer service and they wanted me to go to the post office and mark the item as lost when in fact i have given them a tracking number saying that the item was returned to sender. they keep on giving me a tracking number that was delivered to surrey and kitchener. its frustrating that they wont even check the tracking they insist on giving me to check that those items were not delivered to my address. i dont know where else to go as they wont refund my money and wont deliver my items.

Hair Mayraki turned my dark strawberry hair (with 10% gray) dark brow/black. When I contacted the company to ask how to remove, I was given a one word answer “peroxide”, I was told it was only suitable for dark hair. Nowhere on the packaging does it mention this. It also stained clothes, bed linen, towels… NOTHING removes this stuff, not even peroxide… It should be labeled PERMANENT HAIY DYE.

My hair doesn’t love this emulsion. It becomes very very dry and unfortunately I had to stop this treatment to avoid any more damage to my hair

would never buy anything from Mayraki again, the company is in Syngapour, they do not respond to e mails or phone calls, the keratin smoothing system is horrible (foul-smelling) and ineffective, as well as leave-in keratin

They stole my money and never shipped the product. I have sent them many emails and they refuse to reply. I have called there number and no one picks up and they want you to send them an email which they never reply. I hope my credit card company can reverse the charge. If you look online there are many people with my same situation. I wished I did some research on them before I purchased so I don't have to go throught this. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

Hi David, Your order was shipped out on April 5, and it's handled by Canada Post. The shipping updates have been sent to your email address along with the tracking link on the same day. Please check your spam folders if you have not received any emails. Sometimes the customer service email and shipping update email go there. I wish you have a great day! Best, Mayraki Team

Its been more than 2 weeks since I placed the order. No update what so ever. Emailing the customer care doesn't help. Canceling the order and will never order anything from them

Beware of this scam! It's a total scam. I ordered two bottles and decided to cancel on the same day. The cancellation was confirmed, but despite numerous follow-ups since February 17th, I've yet to receive my refund. It's now March 20th, and I'm still empty-handed. Stay away from this company!

I would give this zero stars. My daughter is a hair dresser we followed the directions exactly. It honestly ruined my natural curly hair. If you have any color on your hair which I did be prepared for it to all be stripped and have to pay for a whole new color and highlights bc it turned my brown hair with golden highlights a bizarre orange! My hair stylist could not believe it. Then it took my big barrel curls and made my hair flat with with no curl just non uniform waves, straight, slightly curly with no real improvement on frizz. It looks so bad. I end up in a pony tail or bun every day. I have had several other Keratin treatments and never experienced this. Also the product burned my scalp, I ended up washing it out 12 hrs later I could have never left it in 48 hrs. Thank goodness I didn’t bc I believe I would have hair loss from the trauma it would have caused my hair and scalp. I am now using a PH balance shampoo to slowly wash the keratin off bc I hate it. My hair has never been thru so much from one bad product. I am so disappointed with this product and I even ordered a shampoo with my treatment that I am now scared to use bc I don’t trust the company. I tried to save money by doing this at home, it would have been much cheaper for me to pay the salon cost bc I have spent hundreds trying to make my hair normal again!

These products are not cruelty free as stated on website..I bought the grey hair restore,it got hard after a couple of uses.The shampoo dye i used once with good results but on second use the shampoo came out in 2 different colors and it smelled awful, but i had already applied some to my hair.The top busted off of bottle and i had a mess to clean.In my hurry to get counter clean w/out all the stain i didnt think to take a picture and still got stains, After was done cleaning up quickly shampooed and washed my hair that had already applied to..I shampooed twice and applied conditioner both times and 3 wks later my hair are still damaged. I kindly asked for a refund on the products and was refused as i wasnt able to provide pictures of the mess.Clearly states on website easy rtuns and refunds..but after almost a 100$ later and damaged hair no refund... All i will say very Disappointed and clearly not cruelty free at all.

This formula is easy to apply, but I did do a patch test without issue, but in my scalp it causes a burning sensation. I guess I wasted money on this, live and learn

I also would like to confirm the reviews that note hair breakage, brittle dryness, and damage to my hair. I really regret not reading all of the reviews (on other websites) and not thoroughly vetted the product. I did watch one random video of her saying it worked but caused breakage, but discounted it to her hair type. I should have known when Mayraki didn't have any before and after shots from their own research listed on their site, and all the images used were stock without actual visible pictures of their own tested results. I have very healthy and shiny mid-length medium thickness hair, medium brown. I only box color the front sides and have tried to move away from chemicals. I am about 20-30% gray in the front. Like others, I was thrilled to have found Mayraki. I am 4 weeks in now and I have severe breakage all around the hairline (their customer service's suggestion was just leave it in for 30-minutes then rinse to combat the breakage from the strength of the gel) but that didn't make sense, as how can only 30 minutes have results when their suggestion is to leave it on all day/night? Now, 4 weeks in at 1x/day , my roots are deep yellow to mid-red and about a half inch above this (where it was not gray and I could help the gel hitting) it is now black stained with a deep red henna halo at top, where the gel changed the color of my colored hair into a fake deep red no-shine color. It is awful! I really want this to work, but my boyfriend is right, enough is enough. My roots and hair perimeter is very damaged and the rest of my hair is shiny and healthy where not applied. I have stopped, tossed the remainder and the extra bottle (I bought 4 to begin and it is just a sunk cost at this point) and am now going to deep condition the roots and go back to box for the time being while this grows out.

Some of the ingredients are suspected carcinogens, this added to the bad costumer service is enough to stay away from it. Their marketing is great, but note that their instagram post never have good comments or many likes, I suspect they erase all the bad stuff. I placed an order and after realizing my mistake I contacted them to cancel. Similar to another reviewer they made it seem like the package was already on the way, but has been in pre-shipment for 2 days. They said that to return it I have to pay for shipping to Australia…. Very bad costumer service, shady marketing practices (5 star reviews cannot be real!) and harmful ingredients. I hope you read this before ordering from them.

Do not use this stuff. I used their anti-grey treatment twice a day, as stated in the directions, and have severe breakage in the areas where I use the product. My hair in those areas is completely broken off and brittle, while the rest of my hair is healthy. Nothing else could have caused this but Mayraki.

I am Indian. I had dark black hair when I was younger, much of which is gray currently. I tried Mayraki gray coverage permanent hair color dye shampoo. It's on the expensive side, but I was looking for something without much chemicals. Unfortunately, it did not work AT ALL. Not a single gray hair was covered. It's expensive and was a waste of time and money. I sent pictures of my still gray hair to the company and am waiting to hear.

What an horrible product and even worst customer service . For starters my hair is virgin no chemicals really healthy and long . I’m always trying new stuff to make my hair shinny or healthier so I order two packages of the keratin and she shampoo . I used it as directed and it burn my scalp and my hair I had to cut few inches . I send an email to rerun the product and after 4 days they answered me with the excuse that they do not accept returns if is because I didn’t like my results that I should used as directed ( I did ) they were so rude and condescending . Stay away from this product it is not natural as they said the odor tells you otherwise . Don’t spend your money on this .

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. Here's what's happened so far to me: August 13, 2023 -- I place my order and get an email confirmation that it went through. August 19, 2023 -- I realize that I have received absolutely zero updates about the status of my order, no tracking number, etc. And then I also come across the TrustPilot and Better Business Bureau complaints, so I immediately e-mail the support e-mail for Mayraki requesting cancellation and full refund. I get an auto response confirming they received the e-mail. August 20, 2023 -- I receive an email from the co. saying "your order is about to ship" -- with a USPS tracking number. When I click tracking it says "pre-shipment, USPS awaiting package." I immediately send back another e-mail to Mayraki pointing out that I had already requested cancellation and refund on August 19th. I get another auto-response, and they totally ignore both the original e-mail requesting the cancellation and the follow-up. August 21, 2023 -- I get an official document from USPS that confirms that, as of August 21st (two full days AFTER I e-mailed to request a cancellation and refund), the package is still in "pre-shipment" and says "USPS awaiting package." So it's clearly NOT too late for them to just cancel the whole order and refund my money. August 22, 2023 -- I finally receive an email back from Mayraki in response to my original e-mail requesting cancellation, and it says "We are sorry for the delay and inconvenience. We have checked with our warehouse team, and we have found that your order has already been shipped. However, we would like to offer you the option to return the product for a refund once it is delivered to you. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization  and process the refund as soon as we receive the product back." This is totally unacceptable and absurd. I've escalated the matter with PayPal.
