Where to begin.. I originally bought their black shampoo hair dye and the grey restoration product. The grey restoration which is supposed to work after 2 weeks, never made a single difference. And it smelled so bad, I could barely stand it. The smell would linger so much that my boyfriend had trouble with it too. I bought the black dying shampoo to use in the meantime. It worked great but it was too dark. So I asked if I could exchange it after one use. They said return only on unopened items. I asked if I could get a sample for 2 other colors to make sure those work before spending another $40. They said there are no color samples. So I had to buy the two browns to compare. One of them made my roots completely orange. And the other one just doesn’t stick to my grays. I have to mix it with the back, and lean for 40 mins just to barely cover the grays. And ur washes odd every time I shower, so the grays are out within a week again. Worst part is, my hair is now so dry and brittle.. I don’t know what ingredient in those dying shampoos is causing my hair ti break off so much but I am absolutely unsatisfied with their products and feel completely cheated by their fake reviews & and the amount of money I had to spend just to find out nothing they own actually works.
