Just horrible customer service and product. My hair thinning and falling out in bang area smh, it’s like pulling teeth getting a refund been waiting on this 2 wks and I spent over 140 altogether have not gotten a refund or shipping paid reimbursement anything, just a ticket pics before and after using their product you see no bang
