Halfords damaged my car and as part of restoration efforts they put all the old parts back.
Not only have I received no refund for the service which was undone I have also been forced to take my damaged car to a garage and pay for a 3rd party report at my own expense as they don’t admit liability.
The coils where fine until you touched them and a 3 year old car with 20,000 cars from a German manufacturer do not have these issues.
I really hoped you would do the right thing and now I’m having to take you to court to recoup the damage done.
