Had an appt yesterday morning at Halfords Gloucester. Even though they were very short staffed, they took my car in very promptly at 8am. Staff were very professional, helpful and extremely well mannered and honest. Even though they could not rectify the problem, I felt a very valued customer. Their advice was excellent and has helped me on the right path to solve the issue. Sharon H.
