Today I had a 15 point checkup for my Fiat Panda EA64ZGM in Plymouth, the mechanics name was Martin, I was so impressed with the way that he took his time to clearly explain all of his findings, I had 2 brake lights replaced, again he was so considerate chatting through everything he was doing, apologising if i'd been kept waiting which I hadn't, it was just an all round positive experience and has put me right at ease for any future visit's where I hope I will get the same mechanic.
