No damage to bodywork locks,windows and my insurance approved lockbox opened and everything stolen without any damage. Jack then told me my window had been smashed and halfords had replaced it. I pointed out and got clarification off vauxhall that this was still the original window with main dealer etchings. So that was a lie. And I was still puzzled as to how my insurance lock box had been emptied. Jack assured me that i didnt need to worry as halfords would replace my possession. Alan regional manager was ment to be investigating it and getting back to me. All I got off Alan was the phone put down. I have asked for receipts for the window that's meant to have been replaced and how my lockbox has been emptied. No answer and phone call terminated. When on the phone yesterday the man on the call said he wasn't prepared to speak to me then ended the call. Each time you put a review up. Halfords say they are reaching out to you. No one has this is just to try and make it look like they care. And because I haven't kept all my receipts halfords are trying to fob me off. Warrington police are still investigating this matter. I've reported this to ombudsman, watchdog, Rouge traders and once all investigations are completed I'm going to the press. You should be able to leave your possession in your vehicle and them be safe. Or if you are a victim like me you would like to think halfords would do the right thing and replace your possession. Not the case. And all because I gave Jack my van keys. The other set are kept in my head office in a safe. The store wasn't broken into. Just my van and I use that term very losely.
