I called last night at the Scarborough branch just as it had closed. The lovely guy who I now know is called Bradley, not only opened the door to see if he could help me, he helped me find out which battery I needed for my key fob and then when I left the main store with the new battery, got out of his car and came over to fit it for me. This level of service was exemplary and much appreciated! In the days where most people would have just gone home and not bothered, Brad stopped and helped willingly. What a great guy, a credit to you Halfords.
