I went today with my Toyota.. it had been making screaming noises last Thursday and Friday. I booked in for a diagnostic test today…Steven greeted me and listened to my description of the car’s issues… he took the car for it’s diagnostic test, then Aaron worked on it…
As a woman with car issues I want to be listened to and not treated like an idiot… Steven certainly did both of the above and I am very grateful. The Salisbury Halfords Autocentre on the Southampton road are wonderful… great customer service…. Thank you 👏
