I dropped my car off for an MOT, they made some repairs to the brakes and all seemed fine. However, when I picked my car up it was almost undriveable with the clutch being broken. Mechanics denied all knowledge and claimed not have given the car a test drive, something which later turned out to be a lie.
Phone customer services twice, the first attempt I was hung up on, the second I was called a liar.
Absolutely shocking service bordering on criminal damage. Avoid at all costs.
