Lack of service at Luton Halford Autocentre
Booked my car for a free exhaust check at 8:30am (online stated 1hr)
Arrived and was told that there was a backlog but to leave my car and I would get a call back by 12pm. After no call back went to the centre at 1pm and to my disappointed my car had not been touch.
I was asked if I wanted to rebook, declined. will not use Halford centre or shop again. I would rate service as a big 0
