I took my car to do the alignment about 2 weeks ago. I was explicitly promised that I can try the car for a few days and if I found the alignment to be unsuccessful, I would get a refund. I came back today to the same centre and found different people in the reception. I explained that to them. They didn't acknowledge it and said to me I have to call the head office to get that sorted out. Another reason for my visit today is to readjust the handbrake. I changed the rear brake discs and pads 2 weeks ago at the same centre as well. I was told by one of the mechanics to come back any time to do the readjustment but the people at the reception told me I have to book an appointment for that. They just repeated many times how busy they are. So rude and not welcoming staff at all!! I can't imagine how could they say that to me! Aren't their customers the ones who have the priority to be served?? If that was not the case, then who would they be busy with?
