I was unable to keep my original appointment for an MOT test but forgot to let them know; but they rescheduled promptly without any quibbles or complaints. I have no criticisms of the service and the staff were informative and friendly. I've used several Halfords Autocentres in different places at different times and haven't had any bad experiences.
