Halfords have had my car since 8.50 this morning -still no sign of it being serviced. They claimed they had to order an oil filter and had only got permission at 11.30am.
It’s now 13.35pm -the car has not moved from where I parked it.
The rest rooms are filthy and look as though they have not been cleaned in weeks
