Very not happy with the service I have received at Halfords garage. They charge so much for the major service and wouldn’t even give me a report of what have been done. How am I supposed to be sure it’s even been done? Unprofessional service and when I asked for a report of the service I got a very rude response saying no we don’t, and got given a leaflet of what’s apparently included in the service. I got quoted £500 for breaks and auxiliary drive belt. Ridiculous prices. Definitely won’t be using them again. Wish I knew before I went. Also when I asked a different garage for their opinion, Spark plugs should be included in major service instead they wanted additional £110 for it. AVOID HALFORDS
