I would like to express my extreme gratitude to Matthew at the Dereham Branch. I had what I thought was a battery problem with my car today. It turned out not to be a battery issue and, at this time, I still do not yet know what is wrong. However, Matthew went way more than the 'extra mile' in trying to help, not just trying alternative remedies, but also the amount of time he spent with. I could not have asked for more.
